One thing I've noticed is that all elderly people seem keep binoculars in their cars.
I guess it's just in case a Western Snowy Plover flies by or you need to do some recon on your neighbors.
I'm just waiting for the day when I need to see the far-away helicopter and an old couple comes to the rescue with their secret binocular stash in the trunk of their Buick.
